I have seen suggestions about making a rule to stop messages that start with a certain word or name or other such things, but they come with three words or more connected together which makes a new longer word, which cannot be blocked. I saw a suggestion that said to tick the message rules box that stops anything coming in that is not in my address book. Where do I find this box as I cannot locate it with the other boxes to tick.
